At Stonewell Lavender Farm we pride ourselves on making natural products using the highest standards and sustainable packaging. We want you to be delighted with the product. Please contact us within seven days of receiving your order or making your purchase. Kindly do not send product back to us without an authorization from us first.

Damaged shipment 

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us right away. When you are receiving the package the damage should be noted with the courier.  You can email us at info@stonewellfarm.ca.  Please include your order number.

Product Return

If the lavender products that you have received are not what you expected or are not in good condition, please email us at info@stonewellfarm.ca and include your order number. We are happy to send you replacement product.
