Lavender Pistachio Brownies

I love when I find a lavender. recipe that simplifies my life. Check out this recipe from American Heritage Chocolate Company that uses a brownie mix as the base!

 Ingredients

  • ½ cup finely grated baking chocolate

  • 1 box brownie mix

  • Water, vegetable oil, egg as directed on brownie mix

  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped edible lavender (available from our online store)

  • ¼ cup roughly chopped pistachios

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Follow the directions on the box of your desired brownie mix.

  2. Add finely grated baking chocolate, lavender and pistachios to brownie batter

  3. Pour brownie batter into baking pan and bake as directed. Brownies are done when a toothpick inserted comes out clean.

  4. Optional: Top with additional chopped lavender and pistachios.
