Honey Lavender Butter

I found this recipe from Chasing Daisies blog. It asks you to make your own butter but I modified it so you can skip that step!

Honey Lavender Butter

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter

  • 1/4 teaspoon salt (finely ground himilayan salt preferred)

  • 1/2 teaspoon honey

  • 1/4 teaspoon dried lavender flowers

Instructions:

Ensure butter is room temperate before mixing.

Add honey and salt. MIx thoroughly.

Crush or chop English culinary lavender buds and add to mixture. If you need lavender buds check out the link below. Less is more with lavender!

Refridgerate for 10 minutes before using
